  • Ration card/Smart Card in the name of parents
  • Domicile certificate of the child or parents
  • Voter-I Card (EPIC) of either parent
  • Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of a parent or the child
  • Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of the parents.
